Corinne Pierog is Principal at Sustainable Leadership Solutions, a consulting and education firm whose mission is to link organizational values and human capital in a transformational change by improving communication, group dynamics, consensus-building, interaction and collaboration. With a wide range of public sector business experience, she has advised performing arts organizations, regional festivals, and social service agencies to global health initiatives. She also serves as Consulting Executive Director for the Morrison Shearer Foundation, which perpetuates the legacy of dancer-choreographer Sybil Shearer and photographer Helen Balfour Morrison and promotes new creativity in the arts. Corinne is serving her second term on the St. Charles D303 Board of Education, and was appointed by the Governor to the Illinois Business Enterprise Council for Minorities, Females and Persons with Disabilities. As a community leader she also serves on the United Way of Central Kane County, the St. Charles Housing Commission and is active with the Fox River Valley Initiative advocating for affordable housing for seniors and residents with special needs. Corinne still remains passionate about the arts and its ability to be a change agent and the opportunity its presents to engage a community in social advocacy.
